This week, I attended a business coaching talk. It was one of those events where you walk in expecting to pick up a few useful tips—but you leave with a complete mindset shift.

One of the speakers shared a simple yet powerful idea: "If you don’t make time to work ON your business, you’ll always be stuck working IN it."

And wow, that hit hard.

Because let’s be real—most business owners (myself included at times) get so caught up in the daily grind that they forget to step back and focus on the bigger picture.
